EMAIL BOD

The Cast

Boglin

Boglin has very little to be happy about at any given moment. He is a small demon (barely twelve inches- below average) widdling away at eternity through tedious odd jobs in hell. He is even less happy when he is forced to roleplay a paladin under the iron fist of Dave. The only pellets of joy he can scrounge are the opportunities he has to be cruel to the players around him. Unfortunately, they reciprocate.

Dave

Very little is known about the Dave (Dave Avallone himself) accept that he is a flawless Gamesmaster. He maintains an unquestioned superiority over his players that brings images of fantasy to their inner eye with unparalleled accuracy, timing and authority. He blinks into existence when he is needed, and when his job is done he is gone in a whoosh of black robe. There would be rumors about his real life, but why put your character so needlessly at risk!

Beck

Remember in the Matrix When Keanu looks around and sees the binary code under everything? This is how Beck (played by Andrew Clark) sees the fantasy world. Everything is possible because somewhere, in some hidden passage in some forgotten tattered compendium or update, some tired Gamesmith has written the rules that make it so, and these carefully crafted scribbles are not up for debate. He plays the elf, Marhephsilon Flipshadow (a proper elf name), who, as the rules say, can live forever.

Lance

As far as anyone can tell, Lance (played by Brian Pope) has only ever had one character, whose real name is shrouded in mystery, but is otherwise affectionately referred to as midget. Midget is Lance’s whole life. He writes volumes about midget (the Midgetorius Footpadium), exploring every recess of midget’s tortured soul.

Steve

To steve (Played by Jennifer Long), Roleplaying is about the numbers. How high how far, how fast and is it better than yours. Steve’s characters are bulky monsters who leave deep footprints, carry longbows made of enchanted oak trunks and can be tracked by the corpses of NPC’s. One Steve character is almost indistinguishable from any other, but presently he plays Big Bob, the half-ogre-fighter-bear-man.
